Hi XXX,
Thanks again for your help.
We expect to be back home next Wednesday (cutting our holiday short). Please don’t let the house sitter know this.
I would appreciate it if you could check to see what the food situation is and if necessary, please repeat what you got last time.
If the house sitter doesn’t answer the door, please check to see if her van is still parked under the carport (we haven’t heard from her for some time and are concerned she may have left).
If she has left our concern will be if Buzz and the chooks have enough food and water.
Best regards
XXXXX

Hi XXXX,
I went around and talked to your house sitter(she was home).
She said she had approximately three quarters of a bale of hay and one
and a half bags of
cattle food left.
I will get the 4 bales of hay and 4 bags of cattle food from Childers as
per your email request.
News from your house sitter:-One of your cows has had a calf (a bull),
the dog has had its kennel cleaned.
Regards
XXX
P.S. Its still showering/raining nearly every day

Hi XXXX
I have read through all the emails you have sent. Interesting situation.
I have just spoken with XXXX at Childers station who said to assess the situation when you return to your property and if you need to call police. Childers station is 41921444 or after hours will divert to Bundaberg station 41539111.
Is it right you have had nothing from the house sitter since 27/12/09? Is she still there? One thing there has been plenty of rain in the last week or so, so everything should be green and tanks full which hopefully helps the situation slightly.
Good luck
